Description

I have been really slow with anything art related thanks to midterms and paper grading ;.;
But I did manage to do something. 

Just wanted to play with a design and kinda grew into this idea of a sparkly, pastel water horse bae. Might do something more with them later idk.... and the bg looks better than the actual character ugh.

GUUUUUUUURL yaaaaaaaaaaas I love this so much ;v; you did such a great job ;v;  BUT SHUSH I actually think the character pops a lot in this.
